Luna is a small NGO, set up to:

Promote Peace, Reconciliation and Recovery

Promote Children's Rights through Training and Advocacy and

Promote Children and Young People's Emotional Health and Well-Being

The Luna head office is based in Sussex (UK). We are operational globally, in areas affected by trauma/ violence, but this year we are focussing our commitment specifically in Rwanda and East Africa.

However, if you are UK based, you can contact us to see how we might be able to support, assist or advise you (through training, consultancy or talks) in relation to any of the three areas above.

Luna is unique in the fact that no-one involved in the charity draws a salary or benefits financially from the work that we do, so 100% of the money we raise goes directly to helping people in need and there are no overheads to cover. We have extremely passionate and qualified people involved in the core work of Luna, who donate their time and skills to make a difference to children and families in areas affected by violence and conflict.
