There are many ways in which you can help with our work at LUNA. Firstly, you can browse in our shop. The items in the shop have been selected by people delivering training in areas affected by trauma and violence and 100% of the money we make from selling them will go directly towards continuing the work we are doing. So you are not only buying beautiful gifts, but ensuring that people who need help to improve the lives of children and families are receiving the support they need.

We always need volunteers to help who have skills that will help us in the work that we are doing (I.T./ fundraising/ PR/ media/photography/ film/ training/ PTSD knowledge with children/ researchers) . Please remember that no-one involved in LUNA receives a salary or payment for their work as we want 100% of the money raised to go to people in need of help and support. The final way you can help is by making a financial donation. Luna is a wonderful charity to donate to because whatever you donate goes directly to helping us to deliver the current projects we are involved in. There are no salary costs and no office overheads. If you check out the current projects section, you can even tell us exactly what you would like your money to go towards. We need donations to be able to undertake the work we do. At Luna, we are extremely committed to our work, working for free, having injections which can cause side-effects, taking time off our other work to do the work we do for Luna-and we find it hard to try to find the time to raise money for the delivery of projects as well, so every donation is warmly welcomed and we will keep people who have donated money up to date with progress we are making and what their money is going towards. Luna is a small organisation and in the past, people who have donated money have been so interested in what their money has done that they have travelled with us to places, seen for themselves and been extremely moved by what we have been doing. Luna is a small and very friendly charity and donating whatever you can afford (little or large!) for what we do is both a rewarding and special thing to do.
